Cat Care Network advocates aggressive spay-neuter, trap-neuter-return [TNR], foster care and adoption programs, particularly for cats and kittens whose kill rates are as high as 100 percent in high-kill shelters. The organization advocates low-cost, spay-neuter-shots programs for cats in low-income households in rural and remote northeast New Mexico and southeast Colorado.

Cat Care Network is a member of nokillnetwork.org. Cat Care Network urgently needs regular funding from residents and business owners across southeast Colorado and northeast New Mexico. Thanks to Peter and Lori Beale, Norma Wiggins, Main Street Liquor, and sales of original and reproduced artwork for providing basic funding.
