Cat Care Network advocates aggressive spay-neuter, trap-neuter-return [TNR], foster care and adoption programs, particularly for cats and kittens whose kill rates are as high as 100 percent in high-kill shelters. The organization advocates low-cost, spay-neuter-shots programs for cats in low-income households in rural and remote northeast New Mexico and southeast Colorado.
Cat Care Network is a member of nokillnetwork.org. Cat Care Network urgently needs regular funding from residents and business owners across southeast Colorado and northeast New Mexico.
